On Sunday, 25 August, the IEO made by Perlin on Binance finished, with more BNB stakes received by the company than any other project that ran a coin offering on that venue previously.
A Medium post says that the hard cap of $6.7 expected to raise by the company was attracted ‘almost instantly’.
We broke the record for the most $BNB staked for any IEO 🔥🔥🔥 with ALL 40,659 participants becoming PERL holders! 🎉

PERL coin sale closed successfully
Perlin is a PoS-based platform for the use of DLT contracts that plans to turn international trade into a blockchain-based industry that would work autonomously.
On Sunday, August 25, Binance finished the Perlin coin offering with over $6.7 mln raised. The company claims that it has been the most highly-staked IEO on the venue so far.
The sale was conducted through the use of a special lottery, unlike the first IEOs carried out on the Binance’s venue – BitTorrent, Bread, Fetch.AI and others.
Immense number of investors
Nearly 41,000 investors took part in the lottery, part of them won PERL tokens. There were 13,400 investors of those lucky ones.
However, even for those who were not so lucky, the company has allocated nearly 4 mln coins for a free airdrop. Each participant with a non-winning ticket will get 24.5 PERL.
The company believes that in the future it will implement successful projects that will transform the industry of international trade.
Trading starts today
On Monday, August 26, Binance is to launch PERL-based trading pairs PERL/BNB, PERL/BTC, PERL/USDT, PERL/USDC at 12.00 PM (UTC).
