The XRP Ledger has continued to show impressive growth in crucial metrics as the broad crypto market begins to regain its strength.
As momentum continues to build, XRP Ledger has reached a notable milestone, surpassing 7.7 million holders for the first time in more than 13 years since its launch, according to data provided by Santiment.
While this signals growth in adoption and user participation across the ledger, the 7.7 million milestone does not include holders with empty wallets. As such, the number of nonempty XRP wallets on the ledger has just hit an all-time high.
XRPL network activity hits five-week high
Per data provided by the source, this increase in XRPL users has coincided with a massive increase in its network activity as the ledger continues to see growing adoption.
The data further shows that the number of active addresses on the XRP Ledger has reached 46,767. This marks the highest level of network usage recorded in the past five weeks.
While this represents an impressive increase in daily participation on XRPL, it suggests that more users are utilizing the network for daily transactions, transfers and other on-chain activities.
XRP sees 14% surge
Amid this impressive growth in XRPL usage, XRP has also pulled a strong bullish price move over the period.
Notably, XRP has surged by over 14% over the last 48 hours, causing its price to reclaim its multimonth high.
While the asset has just surged past $1.60, it has reached levels not seen since early 2026, sparking optimism among holders. While the massive price breakout follows multiple months of prolonged volatility, traders are hopeful that the asset may cross the crucial $2.00 mark soon.
